Buying a single photo
1. Find the photo you wish to buy and click in the small box under the photo..... A tick should appear in the box.
2. Find the box near top of screen that shows ... Colour. Select colour, sepia or black and white. From the drop down menu select the colour you want.
3. Find the size/price and change the quantity from 0 to 1 (or more if required)..... The quantity box will change.
4. Find the Add to Basket button near the top of the screen. Hit Add to basket and after about 10 seconds a message in red appears .. Item added to basket.
5. Note that now a new box has opened at the bottom of the screen showing your shopping basket total.

Buying more photos
6. Find any other photo you wish to buy and click in the small box under the photo... A tick should appear in the box.
7. Find the size/price and change the quantity from 0 to 1 (or more).
8. Click Add to Basket (near the top of screen) again. The box at the bottom will update to show all photos ordered so far.
Check out and completing your order
9. When ready to order photos - find the Shopping Basket or View shopping basket box's, then click to go to the checkout screen.
10. A new window opens where your total order is displayed. Check everything is correct (colour, quality, size etc.). At this screen you have options to add/remove photos under Quantity, update, clear basket or continue shopping.
11. If the order is O.K. hit the Checkout button at the top of screen.
12. Enter your name and address, your photos will be sent directly to your home once your payment has been received.
Payment methods
13. You can pay by cheque or by PayPal (if you have a PayPal account). To pay by cheque - Send a cheque for the total amount made payable to:

Security and payment protection
To avoid any risk we do not ask for any credit or debit card details online. This is why we ask for a cheque to be posted in the mail or a PayPal secure payment. Once your order is completed the Lab notify us that your order has been received. In this way you, Storybook Photography and the photo lab all have a record of your order so that we can offer you instant information on the progress of your order
